Shooting Indoor Low-light Action/Sports

It takes good glass to pull it off, but if you have a fast lens with a decent zoom you can get some nice results. This was my daughter’s first official competitive meet so I will have a lot more practice to capture her beautiful routines. Shot with a Nikon D300 and Sigma 70–200 f 2.8.
